I love my cut-off shorts just as much as the next person, but some days, I’m just not feeling the denim. It’s hard for me to say this considering my goto summer outfit is a black top of some sort, a pair of denim shorts and some Birkenstocks. Did you know there are plenty of other bottoms primed for the summer months? Who knew?! I’ve been trying to mix things up a bit (and give my favorite Levi’s a breather). I love these paper bag waist tie front shorts from Express, especially in the olive color. Abercrombie and Fitch has a similar style in three colors and all of them are on sale! I’m slightly obsessed with these gingham shorts. I think the ruffle detail is super flirty. These would go great with a knotted t-shirt or a ribbed tank. And these tie-dye bike shorts, yes please.
